ROLE OVERVIEW
The Program Manager will oversee programs of small to medium scope or sections of larger programs within the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams in the development and commercialization of new medical products. The Program Manager will manage resources effectively to meet program milestones and deliverables, while acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners. This position also includes providing regular updates on team progress, program recommendations, and issue resolution.
Onsite Location: Plymouth, MN (some remote work possible but needs to be local to come onsite as needed)
Project: Project is related to Implanted Devices, connected devices and Software (IoMT); client’s business is targeting Sleep Apnea issues.
- Experience in leading projects and programs related to connectivity to implanted medical devices which are class III Medical Devices (this is not device engineering side, this is software and related peripheral devices, cybersecurity - ie. penetration testing).
- Working with business and technical teams, internal/external vendors
- Strong leadership skills
- Software and connected systems experience - this is an IOMT Project (Internet of Medical Things)
- Experience working with Cybersecurity teams (doesn't need to be a Cybersecurity expert but be able to speak to them and know the issues)
- Doesn't need to be an FDA expert but should have knowledge of FDA approval process and/or experience dealing with FDA
